Our spacious 2,000/sf lodge has plenty of space for your entire group to lounge and relax. The main floor features an open concept great room with a wood-burning fireplace, dining room & kitchen. Adjacent to the kitchen area is a family/TV room with a second wood-burning fireplace. The main floor also has one queen bedroom with an adjacent full bath. The upstairs features a sleeping loft, office space, two king bedrooms, and two full bathrooms. There are two decks for you to enjoy, both with plenty of seating.

Mini Split A/C is located in the main living room. Propane furnace heats the main level with baseboard heating in each bedroom with its own thermostat.

1 bedroom with queen bed and adjacent full bath

Upstairs

1 king master bedroom with ensuite full bath (completely renovated 1/2023)

1 king bedroom and full bath (shower) across the hall (completely renovated 1/22)

1 full pullout bed in the loft area with shared full bath

All bedrooms have down pillows and comforters, high-end cotton linens and towels. (Down alternative pillows and blankets are available for guests with down allergies)

All bathrooms have toilet paper and basic toiletries provided.

Kitchen

Fully equipped kitchen includes:

• 4 burner cooktop & double oven (electric)

• Refrigerator

• Dishwasher

• Microwave

• Several coffee-maker options and grinder

• Blender, food processor, panini & waffle makers

• Instant Pot

• Kitchen Aid mixer

• Plentiful dishes, glasses, and silverware

• Lots of serveware

• Many pots, pans, and other cooking accessories

• Pantry stocked with spices, oils, etc.

• Paper towels, trash bags, dish & dishwasher soap, etc.

Parking & Outdoor Spaces

2-car garage available for use. The driveway can accommodate several additional cars. Please note AWD or 4WD is necessary in winter to navigate the driveway safely.

The front deck has Adirondack chairs and access to the garden with a fire pit. Firepit also has 6 Adirondack chairs

Firewood and fire starters are provided for the outdoor firepit and indoor fireplaces use.

The back deck has a gas grill, a large dining table, and chairs.

Beach towels for lake & waterfalls visits!

Entertainment and other

Spectrum 1GB internet

The TV room Google Smart TV with Netflix, Amazon, Hulu and other apps (must have own account login for purchases)

Wifi throughout the house. Cell signal is spotty but Spectrum phone is available for your use

Washer and dryer, with laundry necessities.
